We will also accept money orders or business cheque. Mail orders should be posted to No Bananas-Indian,
P.O. Box 113, Bellingen 2454, Australia.
Postage:
No Bananas-Indian exclusively uses Australia Post for deliveries within Australia. Rates are automatically calculated using standard parcel rates. Deliveries to all
destinations outside Australia are calculated using Australia Post current
schedule of charges and will be shown on your invoice.
Insurance:
Australia Post provides a very reliable delivery service
within Australia, however, if you are ordering goods for delivery outside
of Australia, you are strongly advised to insure your goods against loss
in transit. Insurance is currently AU$7.00 for shipments up to AU$500.00.
No Bananas-Indian will not be responsible for any goods ordered and not
received, both within Australia and overseas. We will provide you with
the shipping and Customs documentation and request Australia Post investigate
any claim made but cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Goods posted but not received within Australia may be subject to a claim
for compensation at the discretion of Australia Post.

In the event you ever happen to receive a defective or damaged product,
we will replace it free of charge as soon as you ship back the defective
item. Shipping of the replacement item is at no cost to you.
